The association, created in September 2024, aims to provide sustainable solutions to the impact of climate change on food safety. In doing so, it responds to the need, highlighted by the FAO in 2020, to develop adaptive solutions for the entire agri-food chain.
On December 10, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the association will hold its 3rd meeting in Paris, at the UNIGRAIN headquarters. We will welcome two new members: VEOLIA and BioMérieux. This will be the opportunity to present an initial project aimed at anticipating disinfection in the food industry during a future zoonosis. The co-development of a project aimed at rethinking water use in the food industry will be presented with the first participants. Roy Kirby will present how to manage the impact of a responsible approach on food safety. Finally, INRAE/Oniris will present their work on the impact of climate change on salmonella.
Social events will allow stakeholders in the food chain to discuss these topics, particularly during lunch.
All actors in the foodchain are warmly invited.
